Best of the MLS 1-15-2019

Here's what looked interesting to me today on the MLS.  Please let me know if there is a property you would like to see or bid on.  If you need help figuring something out I might be able to help you with that too.  

1)     2112 Eastview Ave near Lakeside Pool, may come with a certificate, is listed for $229,999 with an ARV of $350,000 or more.  Looks like it might have the potential to add a finished area on the 3rd floor which would help the value even more.  - Listing & Comps -

2)     2106 Douglass Blvd is on the parkside of Bardstown Rd and is nearly 6,000 sq.ft. It has 5 full bathrooms, 7 bedrooms and sits on nearly half an acre.  The asking price is $775,000 and the ARV is $900,000 to about  $1,400,000. Remodeled comparable houses have sold for over $250 per sq.ft.  It's priced at $130 sq.ft. NOTE-  in this location similar properties are usually on the market for 2 weeks or less.
