Today's Best of the MLS 6-14-18
Here's the current list of remodeled properties. One thing you won't notice from this list is there is a large number of former rental properties that are hitting the market. Most are as nicely remodeled as the usual flip but.
The market is still extremely tight especially in the cheaper end of the market where first time homebuyers are desperately trying to snag a house before rising interest rates push them out of the market. Unfortunately many of them really can't afford to buy and their offers fall through under the scrutiny of the mortgage underwriters.
What you can do with this info - if you have rental property you want to dispose of, I've never seen a better time to sell. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how much your property is worth. It's common to get more than asking price.
