I took a look at the median days on market until a property goes under contract and broke it into different price segments. These are properties that have an accepted contract so some are still in the inspection period and might go back on the market. Regardless of price, features, and quality, the "Median DOM to Contract" shows what the typical marketing time is for each price segment listed below.
